This is the Classic Hard-Anodized roaster from Calphalon that comes with its own nonstick rack. It holds a holiday turkey or ham, a chicken or a roast with vegetables. The rack has two handles that extend beyond the roaster's sides so you can get a firm grip when lifting. The roaster itself has two upturned handles that are multi-riveted for superior strength.
