If you wish to return an item for store credit only, you must first notify Maxwell Silver NY within 10 business days of your receipt of the item. Maxwell Silver NY will notify the store so that they may expect your return. Next, ship your returned directly back to the store. Please be sure to pack the items you are returning very carefully. Also, we recommend choosing a shipping method that will allow you to insure your returned item, as you are otherwise responsible if it is not received in tact. If you should decide to return your item after 5 business days, you will receive a store credit. Again, your first step is to notify Maxwell Silver NY. Then ship your item back to the store. All returns are for store credit only.
